Q.) Do you have a store where I could see the collection physically?

Q.) Are all products in Pure Silver?
Yes, each and every product is crafted in Pure (92.5) Silver, also known as Sterling Silver. It is the highest form of purity used in making silver jewellery.
Q.) Will I get any proof of authenticity?
Yes, nearly all our jewellery has a 92.5-purity stamp. However, some pieces due to space constraints might not be hallmarked so we do pack each parcel with a proper bill of the purchase for purity and authenticity of our GST registered firm.
Q.) How can I place an order?
You can place your orders online by vising our website and adding your favorite jewellery pieces in the cart. You can then proceed by sharing your shipping details. Once you share all the details correctly you can proceed and complete the payment and Voila, its done!

Q.) Can I add a special note/message?
Yes, we totally understand the importance of feelings expressed in words. You can reach out to our team on WhatsApp and share the details with us so that we can deliver your very special and personalized message to your loved ones.
Q.) Is gift packaging available?
Even though all our parcels come with a fancy pouch, we do provide jewellery boxes on special request. These jewellery boxes carry an extra charge and can be used for gifting. Please contact our team for further details.
Q.) Can I customize the length of adult/baby bracelets?
Yes, in few of our jewellery collection like bracelets, Nazariyas and anklets, customization is available, our team will be happy to help you with all the length and customization queries on WhatsApp.
Q.) Can I wear the jewellery on daily basis?
All our jewellery is crafted in Pure Silver and is completely skin-friendly & allergy-free which is not only suitable for you but also for babies/kids. Q.) Can I return the product in case I do not like it?
We try to showcase the product in best possible manner with original colors mentioning all size related information and other details in the product description. However, we strictly follow Return or exchange policy only in case of manufacturing defect or receiving the damaged product.

Orders are usually delivered in 1-3 working days in Delhi NCR region and 3-6 working days in rest of India.
Q.) Once I place order, how long will you to dispatch it?
We take 24-48 hours to process your order and dispatch. We pack all your orders with love and care while adhering to all safety measures.
Q.) Do you ship worldwide?
No, we currently provide shipping only in India.
