Shipping Policy

We promise to deliver your order accurately, in good condition, and on time every time. We only work with reputable courier companies to ship your orders.

Please go through the following pointers to know more about our delivery terms and conditions -

 

1.) We ship everywhere in India, and it takes at least 24-48 hours for us to pack and dispatch your item.

• In Delhi and NCR, your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days
• In all other regions, your order will be delivered within 3-6 working days, depending on your pin code.

 

 2.) Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it online. While we will make every effort to send all items in your order at the same time, due to product availability, this may not always be possible. We will notify you if this is the case.

 

3.) If you believe the packaging has been tampered with or is damaged, we request you to call us at +918585907374 or send us an email at shagunjeweller925@gmail.com with your order details. We will make every effort to make a replacement delivery to you as soon as possible.
