RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Our products go through strict quality checks before packing therefore we only offer returns and exchanges if your order was damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product. If your order was damaged in transit or you received the incorrect product, you may return it in the same condition in which it was received (unworn, with original packaging).

 

How to claim a RETURN / REFUND

1.) Please inform us within 2 day of receiving the order. All customers should WhatsApp us at +918585907374 or email us at shagunjeweller925@gmail.com with your name and order details.

 

2.) The customer is required to send us a photograph of the product before we arrange a return pickup for the damaged/incorrect product.

 

3.) Our team will replace the product free of charge, or a refund for the cost of the product will be issued to the payment method used for online shopping and all refunds will be issued only after we receive the shipment.

 

4.) To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice. Contact our customer care and we will arrange a return shipment for you. For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties are not refundable. Please address all returns to:

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

1.) Products returned in a used and damaged condition.

2.) Sizing issues. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

3.) Incorrect address format.
